With the second New Moon of December to help us usher in a bright New Year, be aware of what it is you’d like to be, do, have, and create in 2025.

Over the next few days, I invite you to reflect, acknowledge, and release 2024.

To do this, I invite you to

REFLECT on the last year with an open heart and open mind.

RECEIVE all of 2024... from the Yuck to the Yum.

ACKNOWLEDGE all the stuff… the highs, lows, and in-betweens… They were all there to assist you in some (perhaps mysterious) way.

RELEASE and let them go with a grateful heart (even if the “why of it all” remains elusive).

REMEMBER all the everyday miracles that blessed you, too… (they are often overlooked or discounted, yet can help you to receive more of what you want in life when you acknowledge them!).

Then,

CLEAR some space for you to create a year and a LIFE you wish to experience.

Get present on what you would like to do and have and be in the next year and five years from now.

Who do you wish to become?

What do you wish to do and create?

You don’t need all the details; get the energy or essence of it.

Sit with that and let it fill you up. Feel that lightness and the pure potential and possibilities that are available in the Universe to help you.

Here is an energy exercise you can play with...

When you have captured the feeling and essence of what you desire, collect that beautiful energy into an energy ball (use your imagination!).

Pull in energy from all over the world and universe to enrich your energy ball.

Don’t worry; you aren’t taking energy away from anyone or anything. There is plenty to go around. You are inviting them to contribute resources to help you create the life you desire.

When you feel ready (trust your intuition!), send that ball of energy that represents what you desire out into the world, and imagine that trickles of energy drip down to touch things, opportunities, people, and so on that are a match for the energy of what you wish to create, be, do, and have. 

Imagine these opportunities and resources are finding their way to you.

Be aware of what starts to show up. Notice if it is (or isn't) a match for that energy. Even if it looks like a great opportunity, but the energy feels off somehow, thank it and let it go.

Take aligned action on the things that match the energy of what you desire. The Universe works with energy, not words.
