This New Year's try something different...

Instead of setting resolutions

(which are generally based on a perceived lack),

how about setting intentions for what you want to

feel, be, experience and explore in 2014!

You have a trifecta in play:

New Year, New Moon & January being a 1 vibration and the start of a new cycle.

Go for it! Unleash your manifesting mojo and set your intentions for 2014!

Write a letter to the Universe,

or create a vision board,

or write out what you want and put it in a "God jar",

or stand under the dark of the moon and shout out loud what your intending your year to be...

and claim it as so!

The the spoken word is very powerful.

If you can go outside and state your intentions under this New Moon… without freezing your buns off… you’ll be adding additional weight and energy to your intentions.

If you can't go outside, find a spot in your house (or wherever you are when doing this) where you can feel comfortable speaking your intentions out loud – you don’t have to shout it, although I’d encourage you to say them with feeling.

Go on now… Claim your intentions for the year!
