The Dragon arrives on Monday, January 23, 2012

I was born in the year of the Dragon, so I am excited to be in my element this year and learn more about what the Dragon has in store for us.

My favorite Feng Shui Goddess, Sandy Sue (http://www.balanceyourlife.net/) will be hosting a fun and informative festival to welcome in the New Year this Sunday.  And  I'm delighted that she’s invited me to speak about making sense of great cycles/world ages, Mayan calendar, and what changes 2012 may have in store. I’ll also be doing intuitive, past life and numerology readings there.

The Water Dragon is about growth and expansion. This dragon can is strong willed and formidable, and lives by the philosophy “to thine own self be true.” Which Is a good idea for all of us to follow. Be true to yourself… be your true self.

Water is symbolic of our emotions, so we may ride an emotional roller-coaster this year as the dragon soars into our lives. The dragon asks us to act wisely, choose wisely and do what is necessary for progress.

This dragon’s lesson is to learn to make difficult choices and let go of what is no longer working. By trying to hold on it can lose everything. This dragon also is learning to build a solid foundation and not spread itself too thin by taking on or trying to pursue too many things.

In many ways this is similar to the energy of the 5-vibration at play this year. Be flexible, change, adapt… shake up the old, make way for the new.

Feng Shui Tip for Year of the Dragon:

Now is the time to start cleaning to let go of the old and to bring in the new. A clean and clutter free home supports your personal EnerChi. Clutter and dirt stops the flow of Positive Chi into your life.

Avoid cleaning your home on Monday the 23RD - it is considered bad luck to clean on the Chinese New Year's Day! Display oranges and tangerines to symbolize abundance of Happiness!

Here’s some of what’s planned for the Dragon Festival… hope you can join us!

Year of the Dragon Festival Sunday 22, 2012 from 10 AM - 6 PM, At Storm Wisdom (www.stormwisdom.com; 3375 E Shea Blvd. Phoenix)

There will be several speakers throughout the day and assorted vendors and readers there too, plus Sandy Sue will be talking about how the Dragon affects the other animals in the Chinese zodiac. She'll explain what areas in your home will need special TLC because of the harsh energies in that direction. And which areas of the home will have lucky energy. You'll be able to pick up whatever Feng Shui cures you might need to ride the wild dragon this year without getting burned! There are prizes too!  A prize will be given away every 30 minutes starting at 11:30 AM.

However you choose to celebrate this New Year, choose to see the beauty in life and the opportunities for growth and success that surround you.  Remember to ask for guidance… your angels and guides may only step in when asked.

Dragon Blessings to You!
