Manifesting seems to be top-of-mind with many people.
And confusion abounds, along with a heaping dose of frustration becasue people feel they are doing something wrong.
So to addreess the issue, I created my Top 10 Elements to manifesting.
Think of it as a handy cheat sheet!

Make sure you have CLARITY and a burning DESIRE for what you want to manifest.

ASK for what you desire. WRITE DOWN what you want to manifest or your heart’s desire. Be as detailed as possible and include how having this makes you FEEL.

VISUALIZE living your heart’s desire, and keep visual reminders of your goal.

BELIEVE you can create what you want. Create affirmations to help focus your thoughts.

LET GO of attachment to the process and any behaviors, beliefs or negative thoughts that are limiting you so that you can manifest your heart’s desire.

TAKE ACTION – even if it is just a small step each day. Sometimes it helps to spend a few minutes before going to bed or upon waking up to decide what action you will take each day.

BE STILL and FOCUS on achieving your heart’s desire a couple of times each day. FEEL it and SEE it as if it already exists. Journaling also helps.

Have FAITH that your heart’s desire already exists and is coming to you. Be willing to RECEIVE it.

Express GRATITUDE and LOVE often.

BE OPEN to the next step without having to know what it is. Often you will not be given or shown the next step until you take action on the first step.
