In this Take Care Thursday workshop, we will explore some of the shoulds that are guiding your life, often from your subconscious mind. From the time you were born you began picking up ideas, thoughts and beliefs about who you are, what you can or can’t have, and what you should and shouldn’t be doing. When you recognize what they are, where they came from and how they have been showing up and affecting your life, you can make a new choice. You can let go of those shoulds, see new possibilities, and make necessary choices and changes for a more enjoyable life.
