This 3 month program will focus on ending the fears, beliefs and self-sabotage that keeps you stuck in yuck so you can reconnect with your true self and let your freak flag fly without worrying what others might think, do or say. This is a sacred space for you to share and heal and release the crap you are holding onto. We’ll explore it together in a supportive environment.

The intent for these 3 months together is for you to let go of at least one thing that keeps you from being your beautiful self. This group begins on March 16 and will meet twice a month on Monday evenings for 2 hours, in person (or possibly by phone one week). Cost: $397
