Ecstatic Dance is an ancient way of connecting with your true spirit, embracing the divine and grounding your energy in the Earth. There is no right or wrong way to do this. You let go (yes, you SURRENDER) your control to the beat of the music. You let the music guide you. You allow your body to flow with the music and you allow your spirit to play. Pretend you’re a child again and release your constraints. No dance steps to learn. You have everything you need. Dive, slide or otherwise immerse yourself in the music, eyes closed, no judgment, pure joy. Ecstasy.

Tap into the joy aspect of March with this free-form class. You’ll have fun taking your Spirit out for a whirl. And who knows what insights will come from an evening of joyful expression…

PS. Wear something comfy (and flowing if you’re into that)… barefoot or comfy shoes, the choice is yours.
